當(dang)鍵入(ru)發熱(re)量(liang)不夠時(shi)(shi)(shi),被(bei)加(jia)溫(wen)的(de)(de)焊接邊沿(yan)達不上焊接溫(wen)度(du),金屬(shu)材料機(ji)構依然維持固體,產生未焊接或(huo)未熔(rong)透;當(dang)鍵入(ru)熱(re)時(shi)(shi)(shi)不夠時(shi)(shi)(shi),被(bei)加(jia)溫(wen)的(de)(de)焊接邊沿(yan)超出焊接溫(wen)度(du),造成粗晶或(huo)熔(rong)滴,使焊接產生熔(rong)洞(dong)。
